The POM Inventory Checking Project delivers an advanced tracking solution designed to help production and warehouse teams optimize raw material management. The system enables operators to easily log material consumption—such as masterbatch and remelt—directly through an Android application. All recorded data is seamlessly synchronized with the central server via APIs, while supervisors can review and approve inventory movements through a dedicated web application. Furthermore, the system automatically interfaces the verified consumption data with other enterprise platforms (such as ERP or WMS) to ensure precise inventory reconciliation and real-time stock visibility.
