The Project Budget Application provides an integrated financial tracking system that bridges the gap between sales and finance operations. The platform enables the Sales Team to easily log and manage project budgets via an Android application, with data seamlessly synchronized to the server through APIs. Once the project progresses, the Accounting Team can input and track actual expenditures. Supervisors can then review and approve these financial records through a central web application. Additionally, the system automatically generates versatile financial reports and interfaces the validated data with other enterprise accounting or ERP platforms for streamlined financial reconciliation.
